New Tests and Changes based on updated test environment

-Changes made to reflect the new layouts of the test env

--Data source testing
In particular to data source testing
-I have a file for mySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and REST.
--enabled better regression testing for each

-Table tests
-Renaming applications
-Automations
-Multi-option datastype
New env file added too

Attempting to fix the issue with 4001, this updates the cypress tests so that it is easier to change the port on which it runs as well as updating the electron usage of the app to use port 0 (an ephermeral port).
