Removing codecov upload during Budibase CI/on PRs, right now this isn't much use due to the NX caching - if we wish to have accurate code coverage reports we will need to run a separate job periodically to check coverage by running the whole suite, with no caching.

Found some discussion of testcontainers being problematic when nearly out of disk space, we have seen issues with the default Github runners as they have extremely limited disk space, this should help a bit removing android and dotnet, two pieces of functionality we will never need.
