Deprecate wifi.sta.eventMonReg (#1889)

* Update wifi event monitor documentation

Added a note to `wifi.eventmon.register()` and `wifi.sta.eventmonreg()`
* Add deprecation note to `wifi.sta.eventMonReg()`
