Nick Craig-Wood 4afea1ebaf docs: update install from source instructions 
This has changed post Go modules.

In particular it recommends against the go get `-u` flag.

Klaus Post 7f2e9d9a6b Require go v1.5 for compilation 
Google cloud package requires go v1.5 to compile, so we need to require the same for rclone.
