Nick Craig-Wood e54ce35019 build: change beta numbering to be semver compatible - Fixes #4516 
From now on the betas will be numbered for the version that they will
become, so:

v1.53.0-beta.NNNN.CCCCC

Where N is commit number and C is commit. When released this will
become v1.53.0 and the beta will become v1.54.0-beta.NNN.CCCCC.

The commit number is the count of the commits since the root of the
tree since we can no longer use the the git version numbers since the
last tag.

This will simplify building the stable branch but that release
procedure hasn't been revised yet.

This commit also injects the name of the branch for the beta builds
into the download path.

The go team made the decision to drop support for 32 bit macOS as 32
bit apps are no longer supported by macOS and 32 bit hardware hasn't
been produced by Apple for over 10 years.

Nick Craig-Wood d5f4c74697 s3: implement cleanup and backend command to list & remove multipart uploads 
This implements `rclone cleanup` to remove multipart uploads over 24
hours old. It also implements the backend command
`list-multipart-uploads` to see which ones are available and `cleanup`
to delete them with a configurable expiry interval.

If the parameter being passed is an object then it can be passed as a
JSON string rather than using the `--json` flag which simplifies the
command line.

Kai Lüke 54f2587c1e gcs: add support for anonymous access 
Currently credentials are required to download a public bucket file
which is not really necessary and makes automated usage more complex.
Add a new option "anonymous" which when enabled configures the gcs
backend to use an anonymous HTTP client. This of course only works
for read access and trying to write will lead to errors like that:
"googleapi: Error 401: Anonymous caller does not not have
storage.objects.create access to the Google Cloud Storage object.",
as expected. By default the anonymous access option is disabled so that
the GCS Application Default Credentials are still used by default as
before and an error is given if they can't be found.

dropbox: Add copyright detector info in limitations section in the docs 
Dropbox files protected by copyright can't be synced and results
in an error. This issue reflects that in the Dropbox's limitations
section to warn rclone users and give info about why this error
occurs due that by default Dropbox API doesn't give enough info.

Ben Zenker 899c8e0697 march: added flag to allow Unicode filenames to remain unique 
If your filenames contain two near-identical Unicode characters,
rclone will normalize these, making them identical. This flag
gives you the ability to keep them unique. This might
create unintended side effects, such as duplicating files that
contain certain Unicode characters, when downloading them from
certain cloud providers to a macOS filesystem.

Nick Craig-Wood afde340c9e gcs: fix --header-upload - #59 
Before this code we were settig the headers on the PUT request. However this isn't where GCS needs them.

After this fix we set the headers in the object upload request itself.

This means that we only support a limited range of headers

- Cache-Control
- Content-Disposition
- Content-Encoding
- Content-Language
- Content-Type
- X-Goog-Meta-

Note for the last of those are for setting custom metadata in the form
"X-Goog-Meta-Key: value".

Nick Craig-Wood f2b1fedc4f drive: follow shortcuts by default, skip with --drive-skip-shortcuts 
Before this change rclone would skip all shortcuts with a message

    Ignoring unknown document type "application/vnd.google-apps.shortcut"

After this message rclone resolves the shortcuts by default to the
actual files that they point to. See the docs for more info.

The --drive-skip-shortcuts flag can be used to skip shortcuts.

Jon Fautley 53874bd8ee cmd: add --error-on-no-transfer option 
This allows rclone to exit with a non-zero return code if no files are
transferred. This is useful when calling rclone as part of a workflow/script
pipeline as it allows the end user to stop processing if no files have been
transferred.

NB: Enabling this option will return in rclone exiting non-zero if there are no
transfers. Depending on how your're currently using rclone in your scripts,
this may break existing setups!

--files-from parses input files by ignoring comments starting with # and ;
and stripping whitespace from start and end of strings.

The --files-from-raw flag was added that reads every line from the file ignoring
comment characters and not stripping whitespace while maintaining
backwards compatibility.

Samantha McVey 6765303de4 docs: unmystify how crypt stores encryption password in config 
Without explaining exactly how this is generated, it can be confusing
and worrying to not know how the password that encrypts your data is
stored.

This also brings peace of mind to the user that even though
the same password is obscured differently each time, all the data to
get back to the original password remains. Explaining how it works
is much better than the reader of the documentation having to trust
a blackboxy/magical mechanism.

fs: Add --track-renames-strategy for configurable matching criteria for --track-renames 
This commit adds the `--track-renames-strategy` flag which allows the
user to choose the strategy for tracking renames when using the
`--track-renames` flag.

This can be "hash" or "modtime" or both currently.

This, when used with `--track-renames-strategy modtime` enables
support for tracking renames in encrypted remotes.

Nick Craig-Wood 747edf42c1 azureblob: document container level SAS URL from root now needs container 
In 8a0775ce3c which was released in v1.49.0 we inadvertently
stopped SAS URLs working from the root without a container name.

Previously to this change you could use `rclone mount azsas:` and it
would actually be equivalent to `rclone mount azsas:container`. After
this change, only `rclone mount azsas:container` will work, `rclone
mount azsas:` will have a directory in the root called "container".

After some discussion it was decided not to revert this change as the
current behaviour is more logical and in line with the similar
behaviour for the b2 backend.

Instead the documentation was updated to show exactly how container
level SAS URLs behave.

boosh 0d7573dd81 fs: Add --max-duration flag to control the maximum duration of a transfer session 
This gives you more control over how long rclone will run for, making
it easier to script backups, e.g. via cron. Once the `--max-duration`
time limit is reached, no new transfers will be initiated, but those
already in-flight will be allowed to complete.

Before this change the expect/continue timeout was set to
--conntimeout which was 60s by default which is too long to wait.

This was noticed when using s3 with a proxy which apparently didn't
support expect / continue properly.

Set --expect-continue-timeout 0 to disable expect/continue.

Thomas Kriechbaumer 584e705c0c s3: introduce list_chunk option for bucket listing 
The S3 ListObject API returns paginated bucket listings, with
"MaxKeys" items for each GET call.

The default value is 1000 entries, but for buckets with millions of
objects it might make sense to request more elements per request, if
the backend supports it. This commit adds a "list_chunk" option for
the user to specify a lower or higher value.

This commit does not add safe guards around this value - if a user
decides to request a too large list, it might result in connection
timeouts (on the server or client).

In AWS S3, there is a fixed limit of 1000, some other services might
have one too.  In Ceph, this can be configured in RadosGW.

Before this change --update would transfer any file which was newer
than the destination regardless of whether it had changed or not.
This is needlessly wasteful of bandwidth.

After this change --update will only transfer files if they are newer
**and** they are different (checked with checksum and size).

note:
wdmrcompat used to write file name in the metadata, so maximum metadata
size was 1K; removing it allows to cap size by 200 bytes now.

Nick Craig-Wood 0baafb158f mount: allow files of unkown size to be read properly 
Before this change, files of unknown size (eg Google Docs) would
appear in file listings with 0 size and would only allow 0 bytes to be
read.

This change sets the direct_io flag in the FUSE return which bypasses
the cache for these files.  This means that they can be read properly.

This is compatible with some, but not all applications.

Russell Davis ea35e807db docs: clarify `--update` and `--use-server-mod-time` 
It's likely a mistake to use `--use-server-modtime` if you're not also using `--update`. It might even make sense to emit a warning in the code when doing this, but for now, I made it more clear in the docs.

I also clarified how `--use-server-modtime` can be useful in the `--update` section.

Philip Harvey 1a2fb52266 s3: make SetModTime work for GLACIER while syncing - Fixes #3224 
Before this change rclone would fail with

    Failed to set modification time: InvalidObjectState: Operation is not valid for the source object's storage class

when attempting to set the modification time of an object in GLACIER.

After this change rclone will re-upload the object as part of a sync if it needs to change the modification time.

Nick Craig-Wood a28239f005 filter: Make --files-from traverse as before unless --no-traverse is set 
In c5ac96e9e7 we made --files-from only read the objects specified and
don't scan directories.

This caused problems with Google drive (very very slow) and B2
(excessive API consumption) so it was decided to make the old
behaviour (traversing the directories) the default with --files-from
and use the existing --no-traverse flag (which has exactly the right
semantics) to enable the new non scanning behaviour.

Nick Craig-Wood eb91356e28 fs/asyncreader: optionally user mmap for memory allocation with `--use-mmap` #2200 
This replaces the `sync.Pool` allocator with lib/pool.  This
implements a pool of buffers of up to 64MB which can be re-used but is
flushed every 5 seconds.

If `--use-mmap` is set then rclone will use mmap for memory
allocations which is much better at returning memory to the OS.

Nick Craig-Wood ff0b8e10af s3: Support Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) OSS 
The existing s3 backend passed all integration tests with OSS provided
`force_path_style = false`.

This makes sure that is so and adds documentation and configuration
for OSS.

Thanks to @luolibin for their work on the OSS backend which we ended
up not needing.

This trivial patch adds a note about the minimum version of rclone
needed in order to be able to use multiple application keys with the b2
backend.

As Debian stable (amongst other distros) is shipping an older version,
users running rclone < 1.43 and reading about this feature in the online
docs may struggle to realise why they are not able to sync to b2 when
configured to use an application key other than the master one.

This re-implements --no-traverse in march by trying to find a match

Nick Craig-Wood 198c34ce21 s3: implement --s3-upload-cutoff for single part uploads below this - fixes #2772 
Before this change rclone would use multipart uploads for any size of
file.  However multipart uploads are less efficient for smaller files
and don't have MD5 checksums so it is advantageous to use single part
uploads if possible.

This implements single part uploads for all files smaller than the
upload_cutoff size.  Streamed files must be uploaded as multipart
files though.

Nick Craig-Wood c5ac96e9e7 Make --files-from only read the objects specified and don't scan directories 
Before this change using --files-from would scan all the directories
that the files could possibly be in causing rclone to do more work
that was necessary.

After this change, rclone constructs an in memory tree using the
--fast-list mechanism but from all of the files in the --files-from
list and without scanning any directories.

Any objects that are not found in the --files-from list are ignored
silently.

This mechanism is used for sync/copy/move (march) and all of the
listing commands ls/lsf/md5sum/etc (walk).
