Dan McArdle 2a1e28f5f5 cmd/gitannex: Tweak parsing of "rcloneremotename" config ... The "rcloneremotename" (aka "target") config parameter is now permitted to contain (1) remote names that are defined by environment variables, but not in an rclone config file, and (2) backend strings such as ":memory:".
